Professional QC team They roll the fabric on the reeling machine, and will inspect the fabric appearance and physical and chemical indicators of polyester fabrics in various dimensions. Specifically include: fabric pattern color return feel and original density, shrinkage, tension, tear strength, slippage, color fastness, dry wipe, wet wipe, PH index, etc.
With their work, we can control the quality and make sure every product is high quality before shipping.

Our factory has 37,000 sqm production workshop.We have 485 sets of 190T-320T size water-jet looms and jacquard machines,6 sets of HONGYUAN texturing machines, 6 sets of beam warping machines,2sets of brushed machines, 2 sets of ultrasonic machines. Also we have an independent packaging workshop for European and Africa markets .
